Lauren A. Lee, PhD is a CA & CO licensed Clinical Psychologist with a research focus on the intersection of health and romantic relationships, her clinical population of expertise is transitional-age youth and university students
As the founding member of Stanford University's Confidential Support Team (fka Confidential Sexual Assault Counseling Office), Lauren established the services, administration, and clinical processes that addressed the needs of undergraduate and graduate students who were survivors of sexual assault, sexual harassment, gender-based discrimination, and relationship violence.
In 2016, Lauren transitioned her career focus to the digital mental health tech industry. Since then she has led Coaching/Clinical Operations at Lantern, Omada, and Calm. She has expertise in both front-end and back-end product and platform development. In her most recent role at Headspace, Lauren led the Science function, comprised of Clinical Research and Clinical Product & Content.

Lauren has the rare skillset of translating evidence-based interventions, standards of care, ethics of providing care, and operational considerations into engaging and effective end-user experiences.
